**Founder • Head Coach • Athlete**

I ran varsity track for Windsor High School all 4 years and competed collegiately at Maryville University. I worked hard enough to be a 5x State Qualifier and eventually earn an Athletic Scholarship to Maryville. I have now coached for 3 years including JTC's first 3 Indoor and Outdoor seasons, starting back in 2023. I also was the assistant Sprints Hurdles AND Jumps coach for Windsor Middle School in the spring of 2024, 2025.
